how to get this function?

Hey guys,
 
  There is a trapezoidal velocity. You know, the trapezoidal velocity, it has a up slope , then a flat , and a down slope. Just use this velocity to compute a list of data of corresponding displacement vs time. Of course, we have a certain frequency to scan the velocity, which divides the velocity into many increments. So do you have any suggestion for it?
