It is said that releases will include generated XML files. However there is no any release yet.

In Leopard BridgeSupport is built-in. I don't know if it's publicly available. It should be, it was part of RubyCocoa. Recent versions of RubyCocoa don't include generator (gen_bridge_metadata.rb) and I don't know where to look for newer versions online.
