Hi All,
I'm an experienced assembly programmer (since 1980) and
an occasional poster to this group, though not recently.
I still do most of my programming in ASM but only for DOS
(16-bit addressing) as it serves my purposes fine.
I want to venture into Windows programming, but I'm not
eager to learn all the protected mode techniques, so what
I'm looking for is an ASM shell for 32-bit Windows programs,
i.e., something with all the messy stuff set up so programs
can be written around it.
Specifically, I want something that's MASM 6.11 compatible.
I'm too set in my ways with "destination, source" to have
any interest in HLA -- sorry, Randy.
Any suggestions to teach a dinosaur new tricks? :)
