PS: My posted suggestion was because the original paragraph
looked too much like a unfounded insult, unlike the
remainder which can be observed by viewing the previous
threads. Plus (in my opinion) the rythm was lost in the
different style of that paragraph, thus the suggested replace
-ment which seems to fit the flavour of the piece. It is a
good laugh either way.
