MASM and MS-Link

Hello everyone. My name is Michael. I am new to the group.

Can anyone help me with links to find the most current versions of MASM and
MS-Link.

I found a file through google for MASM called masm32v8.zip. I am not sure
if this is the most current and I don't know if the website I d/led the file
from is an official MASM site. I was unable to find anything for MS-Link.
