why is nobody developing assembly IDE's

Why are none of the big companies like Borland, or Microsoft developing
Assembly IDE's anymore...... aren't computers still running on machine
langauge when it comes right down to it....... I remeber the days when I
could walk into a computer store and pick up Borland Turbo
Assembler...........
