Did you try the download from...

Let me know if there is a problem. I downloaded it twice and twice
got the invalid ZIP archive problem. I've never had a problem in
the past with any Zipped archives unless they were corrupt to
start with. I was thinking clearing the cache and downloading it
twice would prevent a tcp/ip bit shift problem...

Let me know if you can successfully unzip the file ?
