I've heard conflicting information concerning the EULA of MASM32, as it
pertains to Microsoft and distribution rights.
Just so I'm not confused, how does this stand currently? Is MASM32
licensed by Microsoft for general purpose use, other than commercial? I am
not a corporation, nor do I sell anything, so this qualifies me as an
individual user of MASM32.
Since I use MASM32 for non-commercial purposes -- educational, if anything
-- does the EULA grant me permission to use MASM32 freely? I assume so,
but I want to be 100% sure. If this assumption is correct, where can I
read the EULA to be certain of the license rights?
Sincerely,
Paul Panks
