    For those who've had problems unzipping the HLA documentation,
    I've uploaded a new copy and it seems to download and unpack
    just fine. I'll try and get around to updating the Linux version of HLA
    RSN (it'll actually jump to v1.65 as someone has reported a bug
    in command-line processing that I must attend to).
