I consider this list as a joke, similar to my favourite:

stages of a planned project (experience told it is true)
1. enthusiasm
2. disillusionment
3. panic
4. search for the guilty
5. punish the innocent
6. distinguish, adore and decorate the never involved
7. sell and forget it.
8. while no idea:loop:goto 1
