ASM toolz of the future?

From what I've seen, there are five toolz gearing/are geared toward
64-bit asm programming:
MASM64 - Somebody on Iczelion's board
(http://board.win32asmcommunity.net/viewtopic.php?t=17727) had mentioned
obtaining it. When I tried asking how I could get it, nobody responded.

Seems like so far it's just AMD64 support. Anyway, a step ahead of the
others.
GAS - You can always be certain that the dudes behind it will be quick
to implement support for the next gen intels and amd's. Anybody know the
URL of the current version of Win32 GAS?
