PIC = Programmable Interrupt Controller
APIC = Advanced PIC
Is there a way to know if the interrupt management on a computer is
done with a PIC or an APIC? Are there tables which give the answer,
according to the OS used, and the processor.
If anyone has a good thought to share, please do.
Thanks.
Nico.
