when program start, there are two situation
1) windows is not showed and system errors
"Errore durante l'avvio del programma impossibile eseguire ..."
2) windows is showed
seems that symbol of the calling function of .dll is in the wrong
place, seems that the code of .dll is absent (so sys error)
