Because you wrote:

I only looked at the DDK Suite and not at the specific Windows Server 2003 DDK.
But no problem at all, because of your fast reply, this only delayed my mail
for one day. Here the update for the log:

Mail to wintools@one.microsoft.upgrade.com

  At http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/devtools/ddk/orderddkcd.mspx

the Windows Server 2003 DDK can be ordered. There is stated, that a
shipping and handling fee will be incurred, based on the location of delivery.

But if I select the order form, I get:

Qty. Product Name Price Item Total
  1 Server 2003 DDK $0.00 $0.00

                       Subtotal: $0.00

Can you please tell me, how much this shipping and handling fee is.

Is there a way to download the EULA for the Windows Server 2003 DDK
before ordering it. I was told, that ordering the free Windows Server
2003 DDK is a legal way to get a free copy of the Microsoft assembler
MASM and I would like to check in the EULA whether I can use the MASM
included in the kit to develop also software which is not a driver
  for Windows 2003.
