If you don't think that is possible with the proper technology, then your
being alive is also not possible, since, taking God out of the equasion,
it would mean that your life was created with *zero* technology... down to
a random natural occurance.

The human brain is a collection of nodes and electronic pulses powered by
chemical reactions. Humans are nothing more than sophisticated biological
computers.

Before you accuse others of being stupid and illiterate, perhaps you
should first examine yourself.
