ADK/HLA v2.0 Update

Hi All,

With a few #if statements and a couple of Linux-specific
routines, I managed to get HLA v2.0/ADK running under
Linux tonight. As soon as I can port the test suite over to Linux
I'll get a new release of the ADK (assembler developer's kit)
up on Webster.
