In case anyone is NOT familiar with the ASM32 licence that Betov
considers he can ignore, here is the relevant section of that licence
that clearly shows that Betov is in violation of it.
===================================================
This program is shareware, it may be used for an UNLIMITED period of
evaluation free of charge, by private users only. It is not Freeware
and
is not allowed to be used in a commercial or government environment.
If you like it you should register in order to gain all the benefits.
===================================================
Betov's toy is a direct derivation of an earlier version that he wrote
with ASM32 yet he continues to refuse to pay for it or even contact the
owners of the software to ask for permission to use it.
Roy asked them over a year ago and they authorised him to write
freeware with it at no cost but as Betov publically states that he has
NEVER contacted the authors of ASM32, he is in direct violation of the
licence attached to it.
Betov has done more than EVALUATE ASM32, he has written his own
assembler in it and DISTRIBUTED the derivation of it and this is in no
sense "for private use only".
SHAME ON YOU BETOV, when will you pay for ASM32 so you user base (< 10)
can legally distribute their software ?
