I agree but that´s nothing new ,and the author of the article seems to
ignore
that most open source developpers are working alone and have a problem
of time
thats why many projects have few documentation or don´t have a nice
web page.
Also some developpers work first for themselves ,and since they don´t
need docs to use their own product,they spend more time adding new
features.

I have read the hla installation steps, and has more pages than the
whole documentation of octasm, but i agree that octasm needs a better
documentation :)
