I don't think you'll find many employers that would be happy
if you leak source code from a commercial application you
have been working on. Especially since some of the stuff I
have done involves copy protection.

Either because it's incomplete code snippets, or because the

Well, I've released the XCOM bugfix loader (one of the versions around
even has source), and I've released my bin2o tool too (can't remember
if source is included, but it's pretty trivial... and hacky ;)).
Most other stuff probably wouldn't be very interesting to most people.

Indeed it does. Haven't tested it on 2000, but it should work. Might
not work on NT4, I don't know if it has the Service Control Manager
APIs - the driver itself should work, though, and you could install
it by registry editing, or one of the drivers tools (four-f's kmdkit).
