Anyone who tries to re-interpret the EULA in that manner will run foul
of Microsoft as the "not limited to" phrase if followed by the target
software,

> not limited to device drivers and other software products
> ("Application(s)")

The OS specific text is,

> for use with Microsoft Windows and/or Windows NT.

If its not Windows from Microsoft, its not allowed under this licence.
