Millions are being delibrately allowed to die, simply because while Africa
is in poverty and unstable, we can _PLUNDER_ their natural resources - such
as natural Uranium deposits - as we feel like...so, their poverty and the
instability is _PERPETUATED_ - we supply arms to some "dictator" to keep the
wars going and the instability permanent...or add on so many "taxes" and
"tariffs", if not outrightly "block" any attempt at all, that there is no
possibility of trading with us to work their way out of it either - solely
to "get it on the cheap"...and if such maliciousness is done delibrately,
then that is the most purest strain of _TRUE EVIL_...
