1) RosAsm _is_ GPLed.

I got the OS in ReactOS; now help me with the Ros in RosAsm. That's "RosAsm, the Bottom-Up Assembler for ReactOS". So, RosAsm wasn't planned to be of any use to the ReactOS team? What connection shouldn't I be making here?
