1) RosAsm _is_ GPLed.

No, it isn't. The Free Software Foundation holds the copyright to the GPL and they have, by your own admission, denied that it is a GPL license. You do not have the right to decide that it is and it is inherently unethical to do so. GPL and Gnu General Public License are both copyrighted terms and it is a violation fo the law for you to use them in any manner that the owner has expressly forbidden you from doing. You are little better than a theif.

2) RosAsm has never been planed to be of any use
   for the ReactOS team. RosAsm is an Applications
   Developement Environnement, whereas ReactOS is
   an OS.

And the ReactOS team appears to be adhering to that plan just nicely, not wanting anything to do with you at all. I believe they have asked you to remove your references to ReactOS as well, but being less ethical than even Microsoft I doubt you will oblige them.

Your concept of ethics is that you can co-opt and pervert any software or agreement you like, not paying any attention to the rights of the corporations or foundations that own them. You are simply a swindler and a liar and have proven it by your own words.
