HyGram was originally developed as a course exercise for a language
design course at UC Riverside.
As for why the link no longer exists, well, I cleaned out a lot of the
C/C++, RatC, and other non-assembly stuff from Webster a couple of
years ago. HyGram disappeared at that same time. I'll look around and
see if I still have the article laying around.
