Are current CPUs fast enough? I personally believe, yes, however due to inadequate education and popular myth/belief we (as a society) are unable to make full use of the capacity that we have...
The new measurement that seems to be coming about is now Performance/Watt which is being touted with multi-core propoganda... so we may start to see more of that...
Nonsense :)
Give us more CPU power and more cores so that we can raytrace huge scenes in real time.
