If money talks an amateur OS maker gets a chip maker to design professional
chips using unprofessional designs. Thats whats called professional
cooperation after stock swaps for highest possible profits. And, after that
kind of wedding, its no secret at all: If ... Money talks, intelligence is
not needed any more.
