Frank, to be fair, Jukka has been using profanities, somewhat personal
attacks, etc., in that thread. And they've gotten stronger with each
post. I wouldn't put the blame entirely on Steve here.

As for Betov's responses, they were clearly out of bounds. His bringing
up PowerBasic and Flex/Bison in the strlen thread, out of the blue I
might add, was completely inappropriate. The truth is, Rene likes to
sneak stuff into CLAX in this manner because he knows that responses to
his posts will get moderated away. Truth is, Chuck needs to ban him
entirely from CLAX. That's the only way his nonsense will be
eliminated.

While the exchange between Steve and Jukka did become a little more
heated than it needed to be, the truth is that Rene's comments in the
thread were completely out of bounds. Steve has a legitimate gripe
here. It's totally unfair to let Rene sneak in a few snide remarks on
the side and then disallow the responses.
