This is an achievement. Some sort of "independence".
However, we value the statue of Liberty a bit more...
Our main admiration and acknowledgment is for the
French nuclear arsenal... Is it GPLed freeware too?
Can we use it non-commercially?

1. People need Food & Entertainment.
====================================
Once upon a time, a Great Emperor said:
"People need food and entertainment"

The conclusion remains true even today. People need nothing else.
Mobile phone industry proves that by adding a few games to
the device its possible to increase profits dramatically.
Among the disadvantages of the Windows Operating System, we must
face the facts that it is the best entertainment system that
was ever available to the human kind. The competitors are really
close, but still fail to provide a decent software rendering for
3D graphics and rely totally on hardware implementation, that
is still generally more expensive.
It's not perfect - it's the best we have here and now.

The simulation of 3D objects on a 2D screen is a bit ridiculous,
however we do not have the technologies widely available for
creating real 3D objects instead of projecting them on a 2D
surface. The research in this area must go on.

Those who did not play Microsoft Age Of Empires II do not know
what a good computer game is. It's nothing but magic, how
Microsoft makes the user interfaces so intuitive that
there is no need to read anything and go straight to business.
The game is a bit addictive, but it is also educational from
the historical perspective. Unlike AOE I, the AOE II uses only
256 colors for the graphics, but amazingly this only makes the
game even more playable. Demos are [may be] available for
free download at: http://www.microsoft.com/games
AOE III is not tested yet.

2. Let us all to profit from the Epidemic.
==========================================
Microsoft is popular not only for being the leading
entertainment producer, but also a provider of enormous
amount of food for the Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware
industries. There are billions of dollars flowing around
the subscriptions and definition and virus specimen updates.
Microsoft creates food and improved growing environments
for startups.

3. Analysis of a simplest self-dividing microscopic code.
=========================================================
The code is microscopic. It may be self-writing and
self-decrypting as well. It is ridiculous to think that such
code evolved by itself in a network or any other electronic
environment, even if the computers are running 24/7 and the
memory is full of random data and surprises that microprocessor
is trying to process, rearrange and reprocess. The unrealistic
time periods that exceed the age of the universe are nothing
but a speculation, another heap and avoidance to provide members
of our honourable Assembly with the evidence. We need a real
test and real results and evidence, we need not some
philosophical cocktail of fairy tales and propaganda,
before we continue further investigations of the
environment that allows any developments and mutations.

4. Why Darwinian laws do not work in the Real mode?
===================================================
Simply because the Darwinian laws are based on heaps of
abstraction. No one really cares to explain how a simple single
cell bacteria divides. It is simple - it divides that's it.
Simple just like a computer - you press the button it works.
The philosophy fails to provide real results that we can use
for the test. The heap is abstract and it cannot be a base
for any scientific method.

To make the Darwinian laws to work we must assume that we
already have at least two microscopic organisms that divide,
reproduce and fight for survival. Micro-Biologist have to
use existing living material to make even a simple mutation.
At this point computer emulation provides us with better
opportunities than the lab. Our technologies are yet immature,
but we already can emulate nuclear blasts using supercomputers,
this is less expensive and does not kill our real world
environment.

Those of us who monitor these activities, may witness that
there is a violent war between leading virus manufacturers.
This allows new much more advanced viruses to evolve and
cause certain damage to the consumers and provide more profit
to the anti-virus infrastructure. This proves the Darwin's
theories of natural selection, but it disproves random
mutation theory - to pseudo random. Any really random
mutations generally cause exceptions of different levels
and sometimes even complete seizure of the operations and
uncontrollable reboot, instead of progress.

5. The Resolution.
==================
It must be possible to install the upcoming version of
Windows on a microwave oven to comply with the demand
to improve and innovate. Effective immediately.
