The GPL certainly does not, and very pointedly _DOES NOT_
grant (5) and possibly (4) if "free" is taken as
"without restriction" as opposed to "costless".

But who cares? "Open Source" != "Free Software"
This is one lawyer's opinion in a very contentious area.
We all choose our own licences, and any railing against
others choices smacks of sour-grapes.
