they have to tell anyone that their *personal* opinion has to be taken
up be everyone else (very unlikely anyways, but in an Assembly NG
impossible!) The number of people who use a language doesn't say
anything about whether it is good or not. In the days of 64k machines
nearly everything was written in assembly, because there was no space
for bloated code. Just because you have the space now, doesn't mean
it is a good thing to *waste* it.
It is not a waste just a trade off between the time it takes to learn
how to program a system and the time taken to implement an
application. Just like a tree generates millions of seeds even if
only a few ever germinate to become new trees. You do what works.
