To try to find out somethuing, I created two variants of the program.
One tries to put the start adress of the virtual memorymanager to above 64 megabyte.
The other lets windows itself chose a adress range.

Would you mind starting them both, and report if either, none, or both have the same
issue. This will help me a lot.
