Ah! I missed to answer to that one, because, in my first
read, i had no idea of what this word could mean.

"innovative" this concept is... :(
Oh, yeah. He copped it the same place as he got the name for his book - Knuth! "Webster" doesn't even show up until page 10 of Google hits! By curious coincidence, the second Google hit is a paper by one "sgtatham" - Simon Tatham, Original Author of Nasm! (explaining how to trick C into doing something he says is easy to do in asm)
Okay, you win, Randy just rephrased his stuff from someplace else. We're both wasting our time (re)discussing this subject anyway.
