Now, if NASM is so successful in the Linux area, where
are the Linux Applications written with NASM?

I am not aware of any spreadsheets. How about this?

Oh! Yes!
An Assembler is NOT the proper tool for writting anything
real!

A quick search for "Nasm" on SF turned up only 28 projects (out of 137,000+) that mentioned it (I'm sure there are many more that use it). None of 'em were "apps" - mostly OSen - and mostly not "all asm". If "apps" ("games for windows"?), written entirely in assembly, is the measure... Nasm isn't used much.

OK, clown, you are right! For doing nothing, NASM
is still "alive".

Since you can't see Linux from planet RosAsm, here's the d/l count for just win32 executables. The 7336 in August was our best month ever. Including *all* downloads, we've just passed the million mark.

If Fasm is doing better than this, hooray for assembly!!! Not bad for a dead language!
