How do you define "better"? Why would the same program be any better
or worse in C than your personal assembly language? The quality of a
program is a factor of the programmer, not the programming language.
It seems like you're trying to start an argument by acting like a
language snob. And not in a good way either, because I don't think
anyone is willing to decipher your code and then translate it into C
just so that you can snipe at it. ;)

Indeed, even APL programmers will shrink from his code.
