yup, that is overall problem in europe, with imported US food. I think
they should also ban MacDonalds and similar, we don't want to be bunch
of fat voters.

Seconded. But, if you don't want to become a fat voter, do the
proper things by yourself, in order:

1) Produce your own food, as far as possible.

and if your farmer use some fertilizer that has in it DDT or
a "insetticida"?
and if you neighbour use DDT in your kitchen-garden ("orto")?

2) When not enough, buy your food to local producers.

there are controls on local products on what they use?

3) When local producer are missing, for what you want, buy
what matches with your views (Organic food, Equity
mechandise, seasonned vegetables...).

the same of above

In that third case, you vote with your money bill. Democracy
begun to collapse soon after its birth, and is now a closed
case since the recent EU events. The only thing that could
ever stop the world-wide Capitalism would now be its own
final collapse. So, even "banning" is no more a possible
thing to consider. The very first ban, which should have been
applied, should have been to absolutely forbid any religious
mouvement, and after having begun to collapse on that so easy
point, two centuries ago, thinking of banning any of the
criminal organizations in the actual context of Capitalism's
"victory", is nothing but out of scope sweet dream.

each nation have to resolve its own problems

nations not resolve problems because export them in other places...
and the world begin to be small
