Stallman has specifically stated that the "RosAsm License Agreement" is *not* compatible with GPL (according to Betov). As a non-lawyer, even *I* can see that the RosAsm License Agreement imposes additional restrictions, and that the GPL specifically prohibits additional restrictions.
