HLA Lib

after recent discussion about quality of HLA library, i decided i
would like to judge it's quality myself. Some time ago i tried, but
the answer was that it is currently undergoing a rewrite.

So, randy, is there some part of HLALib2 finished, so i can take a
look at it and throw in some criticism?
