It all works without restarting the editor (on Windows). So if I have
a PHP file open, and I change something inside the php.properties
file, it works right away. With one exception possibly... Tabs kind
mess me up sometimes. It takes a few tries to figure those out.
As far as the API files for HLA goes, it ended up as more work
than I anticipated. I put it off and I'm messing with databases right
at the moment. Specifically, I'm reading through SQLite source
code. It's written in C (not C++). And I think I'm going to post a
new thread about that as I'd like to convert and compile the SQLite
..dll in assembly rather than C.
