was in hope, as long as HLA is just nothing, that the victims
of Randall Hyde would make their minds, that the Assembler is

This is pure BS. When I suggested that I would release a version of
HIDE that would allow for mixed programming in HLA/FASM, Thomasz
opened a new section in his forum *specifically* for projects that
incorporate FASM as a back-end assembler and suggested that I would
moderate it.
Your fantasy story as usual, does not reflect on reality.

2) The last trick has no other purpose but to Hyde FASM under the
carpet, and everybody knows that the users of anything are not
used to read any license. Anyway, would they even read the FASM
license, they would never understand the situation.


I think it is you who doesn't understand the situation. Randall could
have used the Rosasm encoder and hid it completely in HLA while
releasing the whole thing under GPL and it would be perfectly within
the bounds of the license. That's how open-source software is meant
to be used. Of course, he wouldn't be stupid enough to pick the worse
assembler around as an encoder, but that's a different story.

3) Now on, the propaganda system will be based, on one hand, on reducing
the importance of FASM (if not completely arasing its existence),
as long as the users will be, evidently, and utterly, unable to
understand that 99% of the job is done by an obfuscated FASM...
and on the other hand, to enhance the role of the HLL Pre-Parser.


The only propaganda around here is your nonsense. Learn to cope with
reality and the meaning of open source software. You must be the only
doofus around who writes GPLed software without knowing what GPL is
about.
