Muhahahaha, fell for it hook line and sinker.

The person making the assertions and accusations has the burden of
proof. Then comes the rebuttal argument. So far I have not seen your
proofs. Ratch

I don't need to prove that the world is nominally round to refute the
statement that it is flat. Historical English speaking legal
terminology is "Prima Facie" for the case that the world is more or
less round.

Yes, but only the ignorant will accept the flat earth or any
proposition at face value. The discerning will want proof so they can judge
the evidence presented.


In the situation that Ratch is trying to get off the ground, his
medium is the message and the medium is denial no matter what the
evidence may happen to be.

The medium carries the message. Much of the medium thinks the way you
do, Hutch.


With the information being so plentiful, the spanner in the works for
Ratch's methodology is a world awash with evidence that is so self
evident that Ratch's opinion, methods and denial simply don't matter.

Evidence by itself is like food that is not eaten. It has to be
evaluated, judged, proven, and then used.


On the basis of the ever growing body of evidence,

1. Bush lied to start a war.
2. Young Americans are dying in their thousands for no reason
whatsoever.
3. The US economy is in a shambles from funding the wars.
4. The US debt level is something like 800 Billion dollars just to
China let alone Japan and a whole host of other countries and this
will drive the US economy past the point of no return. America cannot
keep living off the charity of Chinese workers, arab donations and
communists like Hugo Chavez.

So says the Wizard of Oz.


For poor Ratch, the difference between school level debate and open
argument has yet to be learnt. Trying to play games of shifting the
onus of proof may work in a phony debate at school but it does not
work in the wild, the evidence is well understood and out in the open
and if Ratch cannot comprehend the evidence, he can join the flat
earthers in further denial.

The principles of debate are the same. Statement with nominal proof
first, then rebutal. It is fruitless to wrangle over falsehoods. Ratch
