I think that it will be successful only if one can take some binary
compiled
for linux and run it on windows without modifications or
recompilations.
Then, most Linux applications come with source code, which you can
compile and run in Windows with Cygwin. Lina seems to "solve" a
problem of someone going and compiling and linking a program for
Cygwin he or she is developing in/for Linux.
I suppose it's "cool" that you can run same executable on OS X, Linux
and Windows.. but.. somehow this does fail to excite yours truly,
what's wrong with me? :)
