Hutch never provided proof on this one. Just a false pronouncement
repeated from the far-left fringe with no backup. True, Bush was mistaken
about WMDs, as were a lot of other people and intelligence services. But a
lie needs intent to be a lie, and no one including hutch has proven intent.
Oh, and "everyone knows it" does not hack it.
