Okay, thanks Chuck, Frank, Nathan.
I'm messing with getting that Makefile.vc to work with my
compiler. I've run into a missing file it appears... inttypes.h.
There's not even a file of the form inttypes.* anywhere to
be found.
Any hints available there?
