Re: ReactOS takes another big hit

I'm sorry, one of my "what..."?
I realize you think that everyone who disagrees with me as a "minion"
of mine, or a "troll" of mine, or whatever, but when the alcohol wears
off and reality starts to seep in a little bit, I think even *you*
realize that people aren't particularly taking my side -- they're just
disagreeing with *you*. You are the one directly responsible for that,
I have almost nothing to do with it.

the so
called "Sources Leak Affair", and the piracies committed to
ReactOS,

You know what? I didn't follow the "Sources Leak Affair" at all. But
as I recall, the question wasn't one of source code being merged into
ReactOS, but that certain ReactOS team members had an opportunity to
view the Microsoft source code and there was concern that the clean-
room reverse engineering process would be damaged as a result of
that. Perhaps you'll be happy to provide a link to show the code that
was actually *copied* from Windows into ReactOS rather than simply
insinuating that this happened?

And if it did happen, thanks for making my point all the more
stronger. If what you're claiming is the situation, then Microsoft
certainly has a *very* strong case against ReactOS and any large firm
or hardware company would be *incredibly foolish* to adopt ReactOS. So
tell me, Rene, are you claiming that ReactOS has been compromised? If
so, why do you continue to support it and claim you're developing
software for it? Clearly it's not going anywhere if it's as
compromised as you seem to be claiming. Why don't you switch to
something *slightly* more legitimate, and covered under the GPL, such
as Linux? Oh, and if the Linux (possible) patent violations bother
you, how about Minix3?

are the complete demonstration that MicroSoft would
have real difficulties with attacking a GPLed project on that
front line.

Well, either you believe the compromise occurred (as you are attacking
Alex on that front) and Microsoft *does* have a strong case against
ReactOS, or you don't believe it has occurred and Microsoft does not
have a strong case. If it's the latter, why do you continue to attack
Alex on this front? Oh, I forgot; you're Rene Tournois and that's what
you do.

If you do not understand what i am saying, re-read my answer
to Alex, and, with your IQ under 80, try to understand what
i am suggesting.

It would be easier to understand what you are suggesting if you didn't
consume so much alcohol before posting.
