I'll stick to
the Gregorian calendar for my code because I'm writing routines for
the standard library that people might actually *use*.
Then, maybe you could explain what "your" format could be used
for, whereas the OS comes with its full set of Functions, as
well for FileTime, as for SystemTime, ...
And when you will be over with it, maybe you will also explain
the reason why you are investing that much noise about a date
operation, instead of explaining the difference, in your HLL,
in between embeeded Macros and User Defined Macros.
