Now here is a deal for our friends in the US, if we can arseh*le Howard in
the election a bit later this year, will you guys organise to impeach GW? at

They usually say that the people are ahead of the politicians when it
comes to politics. In this case, the politician (Blair) is ahead of the
people. He recognized early on the threat and annoyance of allowing Sadamn
to stay in power, and assisted the US in removing Sadamn. Many in the US
appreciate his ten years of service. No one can take you up on your offer
of impeachment, Hutch. A sitting president can only be impeached for high
crimes and misdemeanors. Then there has to be a trial by the Senate
presided over by the Chief Justice of the United States. What charge did
you have in mind Hutch? Remember, it has to be a violation of the law, not
a bad judgment or leadership. Ratch
