Re: HAY Ratch, where is your objective criterion of evidence ?

Keith,

You delude yourself that Ratch needs you to hold his hand so he can
make even more mistakes in his reasoning, he can do it perfectly well
without you.

You delude yourself in thinking that I am even attempting to do so...
it is much more simple than that... think early childhood and a bunch
of people laughing and pointing at you... and that would be closer to
the truth ;)

RE your comments on how to deal with people in a forum, let me remind
you of your own appalling conduct with a really nice guy like Rob
Rice. Rob was a little left, was into Linux and appeared to have grown
up with parents from the hippy era yet you treated one of your fellow
Americans like a piece of sh*t because he did not fit into your gung
ho machismo wankoff bullsh*t. Shame on you for what you did to a nice
guy like that. If this is how you "serve your country" you had better
join a monastery.

Don't even start that fake BS. You couldn't care less about Rob, or
anyone else you pretend to defend, as those people are nothing more to
you than some sort of leverage in order to masquerade a basis of
attack in the form of pseudo-concern. I PM'ed Rob about the issue and
to cut down on his zealotry and use the forum for what they were
designed for... he failed to adhere to a reasonable request and thus
was banned.

I'll even say it now, Rob started acting like your typical zealot--
myopic dumbass and he failed to respect the rules and the community
staff... in spite of requests/warnings... so no love-loss here,
Steveo.

Now, how about your conduct at your so called "no non-sense" forums
involving the selective deletion of posts that you do not *personally*
agree with. You can't even stay within the parameters of your own
forum rules... so you should not pass such blatant judgment and
evaluate your own actions for once.

One evaluation you could start with is how you left win32asmcommunity
after becoming a control-freak (mainly because your inability to
unilaterally suppress/delete/ban f0dder and his posts only because
*you* disagreed with them) and came back to trash the place while
keeping your forums squeaky clean so people would "jump ship" with
ease.

You are genuinely not a good person, Steve. You should be humbled even
at the fact that most people ignore your rhetoric just to utilize your
production/hosting of MASM32 material and medium of discussion.

Presumed innocent until proven guilty [by a court of law]... is it???
I know you run things in contrast to that principle, but not
everything is run like your forum, Steveo ;)

Like Joe Padilla got ? Go pull the other leg.

There is a basic law that states if you work for, or collaborate with,
a foreign military/government/power in any way shape or form, you
forfeit your citizenship and therefore you have no constitutional
rights. It is even stated on U.S. issued passports if I am not
mistaken. The best he could hope for is Geneva Convention rights.

Everyone loves screaming "injustice injustice" but no one breaks-down
the facts. What if Padilla did succeed in going through a potential
plan for terrorism on U.S. soil... you would have everyone screaming
how incompetent all our three-letter agencies are for not catching it
before-hand.

I could also retort in how you are failing
in the eyes of your Hebrew god, your studies of the Torah and how you
will be shoveling shit in hell for the rest of eternity... but I
wouldn't be so arrogant as to start speaking of things I have no
formal knowledge (i.e. hard evidence) of.

You had better leave religion alone, you don't know enough about it.
Torah is the Jewish law where hell in the form you mentioned is from
apocalyptic early christian writings (Apocalypts of Peter) to Dante's
Inferno and then to the historical Catholic burning hell.

I do tend to stay away from religion. Your precious religions have
started many more wars and have caused way more destruction than any
single government/leader/nation in world history.

At least if you stick to peeling spuds you will eventually be good at
something.

Working on it from time to time when I help out with family meals :)
