I did, as best I recall...

git pull

misc/release 0.99.04 ../nasmdist/0.99.04

Then uploaded the files to SF and created the release, then did:

git push --tags

At least that's what I intended to do...

(If not, please pull the tree, doing a merge, and then push the tree and
tags.)

Okay. I don't know how to do the "merge" part. Back to the Manual... Won't hurt to "git push --tags" later, eh?
