When working on windows, I prefer CHM format most. I asked few linux
people and they said it is "no problem", so i went with it.

Documentation itself is in DocBook format, so it can be very easily
generated to HTML format too. I plan HTML single file, and multiple
HTML files for online docs for next version. I also should at last add
some CSS, to make it appear better. Current appearance is default one.
