We have been down this road before [...] It does not matter
whether the program features MACROs, directives, or how they are
written or defined.
Exactly what i wrote before. You fail to understand the difference
in between an Assembler and an HLL, and in between HLL and HLLisms.
So, there is no reason why you could save from taking the same road
again and again.
definition of an assembler. If a processor has some limited or full
capability for HLL, that does disqualify it as being an assembler unless
that is the ONLY way it can write code. I believe that all the processors
that call themselves assemblers can write code on a one to one basis,
thereby enabling their code generation to be exactly what the programmer
intended. Supplemental HHL capability does not disqualify them from being
an assembler. Are you able to understand that point? Ratch
